WILLIAM RAY MANUEL is a lawyer and a certified public accountant. He is also a chartered trust & estate planner and a part-time Taxation professor.

William’s practice focuses on Taxation, Corporate, and Succession Law, as well as estate planning. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.

William has extensive experience in Taxation having specialized under said field since joining an established accounting firm in the Philippines. His career includes runs as Tax Officer in the Liquor, Film & Entertainment, Insurance, Advertising, and Energy & Oil industries, all with established industry leaders. He also practices Project Management. On some occasions, he conducts special Taxation review classes to BAR reviewees and CPA aspirants.
